Coaching & mentoring inspires me. l help my athletes to be consistent & committed to a goal.

I’ve started my coaching career in Cape Town 2012, since then I’ve worked in Doha & Dubai.
I am a qualified ITU Triathlon L1 Coach and have done various other fitness training courses over the years – from WATTBike Power Instructor to HBX Strength & Conditioning Coach plus an Advanced Sports Nutrition qualification.
I also hold a PR & Communication Science degree.
